Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
