Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
