Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store as per company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
