Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their purchases.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Work with the team to communicate effectively and support store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling of inventory, cash, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
