Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following safety guidelines and using store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
