Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the appearance of the store, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members and support store management in various tasks to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
