Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Execute store duties following company guidelines and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and aid customers during their shopping experience.
• Assist in stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and processing purchases.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold security measures.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor product accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
