Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, handle cashier duties, and maintain a clean store environment, all while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of operating equipment and interpreting company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
