Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at our ALDI location. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to offer customers a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Process customer purchases, ensure neat merchandise displays, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and report to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state requirements for alcohol sales.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to operate cash registers, handle merchandise, and follow company policies accurately.
