Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing assigned tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
