Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Process customer purchases and keep the store clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and follow company policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
