Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow established cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
