Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register, handling equipment, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
