Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe and proper use of equipment
• Compliance with company cleaning standards and policies
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
