Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
