Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
