Job Description
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive excellent service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work closely with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory issues, and operational improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure store security and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow cleaning standards and company protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Fulfill any state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience that aligns with the role.
