Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and keep the store clean and organized.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
