Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in general cleaning and following company guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
