Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
