Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operation runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment efficiently and uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
