Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and organized store environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
