Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
