Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and address inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, report discrepancies, and adhere to cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of operating a cash register and basic equipment is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds.
