Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
