Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and support the daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide unparalleled customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Efficient in cash register operation
• Capable of using equipment like a hand jack and floor scrubber
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
