Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and our products are stocked and displayed effectively. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock merchandise neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
