Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our store, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
