Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's appearance and organization. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Work closely with team members and provide valuable feedback to management.
• Follow company policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register, use store equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
