Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to apply.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
