Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and maintains high standards of cleanliness. Collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service will be key to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and necessary equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
