Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service while upholding ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
