Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, display merchandise neatly, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well in a team environment.
• Experience in a retail setting and operating equipment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
