Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate key competencies, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Effective customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
