Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
