Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues
• Support inventory procedures and follow cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to uphold company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
