Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
