Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of presentation, customer service, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Interact with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
