Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
