Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor product accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills to safely use store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
