Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, work on cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and handle documents securely.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently and in a team, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
