Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
