Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs while providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Experience in retail preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
