Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position includes responsibilities such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
