Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and support.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating with store management.
• Offering feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store operation issues.
• Participating in inventory counts and adhering to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent service, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
