Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat merchandise display
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
