Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures and ensure store security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Knowledge of general cleaning procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
