Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
