Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and store maintenance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the operational efficiency of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory tasks and report product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow safety and security protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meet alcohol handling requirements
