Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold the company's standards.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team members.
• Offer feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and maintain document confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow company procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Meet state requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
